OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
From concept to completion, your drapery fabrication project is managed in-house so we can guarantee exacting production and installation. As your partner, we can be as hands-off or immersed as you need us to be, from sourcing and fabrication, to measuring and installation. Our mission is singular—to execute seamless window coverings that are a perfect fit for your clients.
1.
PLACE AN ORDER
Option 1: Our window design experts will meet with you (and optionally, your client) to measure, review samples, and make recommendations for your project.
Option 2: Email us photos, general measurements and a description of your project, as well as any products and materials you’ve selected.
2.
RECEIVE A QUOTE
We’ll follow up with a ballpark quote using midrange finishes to support your design intent, or a specific quote that reflects the exact specifications of your project.

INSTALLATION
Once your product has arrived, we’ll schedule your installation date. We will arrange it through you or directly with your client, depending upon your preference.
01.
Review, Estimate and Timeline
We'll review your project's specifications including measurements, materials, hardware, motorization or other technical requirements, and timeline, as well as your overarching goals for the project. We'll work together to determine our level of engagement and solve for any unforeseen issues before they arise.
02.
Sourcing and Production
Ship us your fabric and hardware, or let us source it for you. The choice is yours. Once your materials arrive in our drapery fabrication workroom, our talented seamstresses will produce your drapery or softgoods.
03.
Delivery and (optional) Installation
With your window coverings or other soft goods complete we will schedule delivery and installation. Our installation team will ensure everything is in place to your exact specifications. As a trade professional, you can also opt to install the drapery yourself.
